Infrastructure Development and Housing and Communal Services
On the progress of
road repairs in Ust-Kamenogorsk
After visiting the exit from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk towards the village of Stepnoye, Ormanda, Levanevsky, Altayskaya, Belinsky, Novosibirsk, Depovskaya Streets; N.Nazarbayev Avenue; Gagarin Boulevard, in order to monitor the progress of road repair work, the permanent commission DECIDED:
- Recommend to the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk":
1) upon leaving the city towards the village of Stepnoye, clean the roadbed before laying asphalt pavement;
2) on Ormandy Street:
provide information on the list of works performed on this street and the amount of funds spent;
oblige the contractor to complete the construction of the stairway to the playground located at the intersection with Vysokovoltnaya Street;
include Ormandy Street in the plan for average road repairs for 2027.
3) along Levanevsky Street, gravel should be poured from the new roadway to the gate of house No. 12;
4) on Belinsky Street:
jointly with the municipal state enterprise on the right of economic management "Oskemen Vodokanal" to eliminate an earthen sinkhole in the roadway near house No. 32;
organize work on cleaning storm sewers;
perform sanitary pruning of trees and shrubs along sidewalks;
5) along Gagarin Boulevard – to ensure high-quality and prompt completion of repair work, as well as to lay storm sewers below the level of the roadway;
6) along Depovskaya street:
align the manholes of the wells to the level of the road surface of the carriageway;
eliminate the denting of the road near house No. 186;
7) along Novosibirsk Street and Steam Locomotive lanes 1-6:
strengthen storm drain grilles, ensuring their safe operation for vehicle wheels;
align the manholes of the wells to the level of the road surface of the roadway.
8) include in the plan for average road repairs for 2027 work on replacing the roadway to the final tram stop from the house on Depovskaya Street, 88.
- Inform the city maslikhat about the progress of the implementation of this resolution by September 1, 2026.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Permanent Commission on infrastructure development and housing and communal services.
