    on the issue

    of initiating amendments to the legislation

    of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the provision

    of social benefits to persons living

    near landfills of solid household waste

    After reviewing the appeal, the Standing Committees DECIDED:

    1. Take the information into consideration.
    2. Recommend that the state institutions "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" provide Zheksembayeva A.S. with an explanation of the necessary procedure and list of documents required to establish or initiate the issue of social benefits in connection with living near landfills of solid household waste.
    3. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted

    to the permanent commission of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat.

    on issues of the social sphere and social protection of the population.
