Born in 1970 in the Saryagash District of South Kazakhstan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. Education: 1993 – Graduated with honors from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute , earning a degree in Civil Engineering Technology (Engineer-Technologist). 1998 – Graduated from the National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan , specializing in Public Administration . 2012 – Graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law . 2023 – Graduated with honors from the Master's program at the All-Russian State University of Justice . Honors and Awards: Throughout his career, he has been awarded the Order of Kurmet (Құрмет) , anniversary medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, medals and honorary badges from various ministries and government agencies, a Letter of Appreciation and a Certificate of Honor from the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, as well as Certificates of Honor from the Akims of South Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, and East Kazakhstan Regions.
