Biography
Born on 20 April 1986 in the village of Zhideli, Balkhash District, Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Education:
In 2010, he graduated from S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University with a degree in Pediatrics.
In 2018, he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Law.
Professional Experience
Bekzat Yergaliyevich Ashimov began his professional career on 1 August 2009 as an Orderly at Substation No. 6 of the Municipal State Enterprise Ambulance Service under the Almaty City Health Department.
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a General Practitioner at the Bereke Medical Center of the Balkhash District Hospital under the Almaty Region Health Department. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a General Practitioner at the Balkhash District Hospital, and from 2015 to 2017, as an Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT Physician) at the Balkhash District Central Hospital.
From April to July 2017, he worked as an Otorhinolaryngologist at City Polyclinic No. 14 in Almaty. From 2017 to 2019, he continued his career as an Otorhinolaryngologist at the Balkhash District Central Hospital.
From June to July 2019, he served as Acting Chief Specialist of the Medical and Social Assessment Department No. 10 of the Department of the Committee of Labour, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty Region. From July 2019 to October 2020, he held the position of Chief Specialist in the same department.
From October 2020 to March 2021, he worked as a Transfusiologist at the Balkhash District Central Hospital.
From April 2021 to October 2024, held the position of Head of the Medical and Social Expertise Department No. 4 of the Department for Almaty Region under the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2024 to January 2026, he worked as Chief Expert of the Medical and Social Assessment Directorate of the Committee of Labour and Social Protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 8 January 2026, he has served as Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Aktobe Region.
