Biography
I, Tasanova Elmira Duisenbaevna, currently hold the position of Head of the Department for Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population at the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe Region, category C-O-4.
I began my professional career on January 3, 2002, at Romat Pharmaceutical Company LLP, where I worked as a manager.
From June 24, 2002, to November 4, 2003, I worked as a court enforcement officer at the Aktobe Regional Court.
From November 4, 2003, to July 2, 2009, I worked as a leading specialist at the Aktobe Regional Court.
From July 2 to September 28, 2009, I worked as a court enforcement officer at the Aktobe Regional Court.
From September 29, 2009, to January 28, 2011, I worked as a chief specialist at the State Institution “Department of Energy and Public Utilities of Aktobe Region.”
On January 24, 2019, I joined the State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Aktobe.” From January 24 to April 4, 2019, I served as Acting Chief Specialist of the Administrative and Legal Sector. From April 4 to September 6, 2019, I worked as a Chief Specialist of the same sector.
From April 19, 2019, to March 17, 2021, I worked as a Chief Specialist of the Housing Assistance Sector, temporarily replacing the employee who was on parental leave.
From March 17 to April 19, 2021, I worked as a Chief Specialist of the Housing Assistance Sector, temporarily replacing the employee who was on maternity leave.
From August 12, 2021, to July 1, 2025, I worked as a Chief Specialist of the Administrative, Legal and Human Resources Sector of the State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Aktobe.”
Since July 2, 2025, I have been working as the Head of the Department for Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population at the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Aktobe Region.
Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in the judicial system, local executive authorities, and the field of social protection of the population, including public administration, administrative and legal affairs, human resources management, and social protection.
