Biography
Born on July 13, 1985 in Ushtobe, Karatal district, Almaty region.
Nationality - Kazakh.
From 1992 to 2003 he studied at the Kazakh secondary school №13 in Ushtobe, the Karatal district of the Almaty region. In 2003-2008 he graduated from the faculty of international relations of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in the city of Almaty. He studied at the military faculty of the university.

Since August 28, 2009 he worked as the chief specialist of the organizational and personnel department of the Ushtobe akim apparatus.
In 2012, he headed the general department of the akim apparatus of Ushtobe, Karatal region.
Since September 4, 2017 - deputy akim of the city of Ushtobe, Karatal district.
On October 15, 2020, he was appointed akim of the Aitu bi rural district.
