Biography
Born on October 30, 1974 in the village of October, Karatal district. Higher education. 1997 graduated from Zhetysu State University, majoring in teacher of matamatics.
He began his career in 1997 as a mathematics teacher at the Telman secondary school in the village of Kokdala.
Since 1999, he worked as the director of an incomplete secondary school in Gabdullina of the village of Kishitobe,
since 2007 - the director of the Panfilov secondary school of the village of Ortatobe.
In 2009, he was appointed akim of the Bastobe rural district.
Married, has three children.
