TolegenovТөлегенов Maksat Koshkimbaiuly

He was born on January 22, 1965 in the village Kopbirlik of Kyzylbalyk rural district, Karatal district, Almaty region. He graduated from high school in 1982. In 1983-1985 he served in the Soviet Army. In 1982-1987 he graduated from the Agricultural College in Taldykorgan with a degree in electrical engineering.

From 1987 to 1990 he worked at the Ushtobe Flour Mill. 1990-1995 he ended the Agricultural Institute in Almaty with a degree in economics and organization. 
In 1996-1999 he worked as the chief specialist in Kyzylbalyk rural district. From 2002 to 2004 he worked as Deputy Chairman in Sary Issyk LLP. 
From 2004 to 2011, he worked as a leading specialist in the Karatal district statistics department. From 1 October 2011 to 1 October 2015 he worked as akim of the 
Kyzylbalyk rural district. On 2 October 2019, I was again appointed like akim of the Kyzylbalyk rural district.
