Biography
Balshenov Talgat Zhakanovich was born on July 10, 1967 in the village of Sarybulak, Yeltai rural district, Karatal district, Almaty region. He started his career in various fields.
He served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 1985 to 1987.
From 1987 to 1992 he studied at the Taldykorgan Pedagogical University
1992-1994 - Deputy Director of the Museum "Aulie Ata", 1994-1995 - Executive Director of the Production Cooperative "Tanat"
From 1995 to 1996 she was an educator at a vocational school.

From 2003 to 2018 he worked in various positions in Department of Emergency Situations in Almaty region, Zhansugir village, Aksu district, also in Ushtobe, Karatal district
