Shaikenova Bibigul Kenzhekhankyzywas born on August 22, 1967 in the village of Kholmogorovka in the Gvardiyadistrict of Taldy-Kurgan region.,She graduated from Almaty UniversityafterAbay witha degree in lawin 2007.

1986-1987 – seller of the Shengeldy public catering association
1987 – Kara-Kastek rural consumers cooperative, seller
