Biography
Zhamagatov Rauan Kuanyshbekovich was born on September 18, 1987 in the village of Ekpin, Aksuat district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2005, he graduated from secondary school No. 37 in Semey, East Kazakhstan region. In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University in Almaty with a degree in land management.
