He was born in 1990 in the city of Taldykorgan. Education is higher. In 2009 he graduated from Taldykorgan Polytechnic College, in 2012 - L. Goncharov Kazakh Automobile and Road Academy. The specialty is a master of industrial training, a construction technician of a wide profile.
He began his career as an acting leading specialist of the Department of major projects and development of the territory of the State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Almaty region". Over the years, he worked in this department as a leading specialist, chief specialist, leading specialist, head of the sector of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Taldykorgan. Previously, he held the position of Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Zhetysu region.
