Ibraimov Askar Abeugalyuly

Was born in 1988 in Almaty region, Alakol district, Usharal town. In 2006 has finished Kapshagay city secondary school № 1 named after D. Konaev. In 2010 graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev with a degree in "Chemical technology of inorganic substances". In 2011 received Master's degree in Engineering and Technology from Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev. In 2013 he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a Master's degree in Economics.

In 2011 - 2012 worked as an economist on a contract in the state institution "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Kapshagay city". In 2012-2013, he worked as an inspector of the State Institution "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Kapshagay City". From 2013 to 2019, he worked as a chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Kapshagay City". On July 19, 2019 he was appointed as the head of the state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of Kapshagay city".
