Biography
Taybotaev Talgat Nurtuleuovich was born in 1969 in the village of Kosagash, Shubartau district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1976-1986 he graduated from high school in the village of Bakanas, Semipalatinsk region. From 1990 to 1994, he graduated in absentia from the Novo-Pokrovsky State Farm College of the Novo-Semipalatinsk district of the Semipalatinsk region with a degree in livestock. In 1987-1989 he performed domestic duty in the Ukrainian and Czechoslovak states.
In 1990-1994 he worked as a foreman at the Bakanas state farm. In 1994 in Semey in the military LTD, 1994-1995. pipe repairman of secondary school No. 26 in Semey, from 1995 to 2006 he worked in the internal affairs and penal system of the city of Semey in institution OV-156/18, in the village of Solnechny, Zharminsky district of East Kazakhstan region in institution OV-156/18.
