Biography
Born on 06.02.1985 in the village of Barshatas, Shubartau district, Semipalatinsk region. In 2001, he graduated from the "Ekpinskaya secondary school". In 2003, he graduated from the Agrotechnical College of the Shakarim Saratov State University, specializing in economics and accountancy. In 2019-2022, she graduated from the educational institution "Alikhan Bokeikhan Universiti" with a degree in law.
He began his career from 2013 to 2015 as a clerk at the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Bidaik Rural District". From 2016 to 2017, he worked as an assistant at the Ayagoz District Department of Employment and Social Programs under the Orleu program. From 2018 to 2022, he was a leading specialist in the apparatus of the Akim of the Bidaik Rural District of the Ayagoz District of the East Kazakhstan Region. In 2022-2024, he was a leading specialist in the apparatus of the Akim of the Bidaik Rural District of the Ayagoz District of the Abay Region. On July 21, 2024, he was elected Akim of the Bidaik Rural District.
