Biography
Alzhikeev Tleuken was born on 05.10.1968 in the village of Predgornoye, Urdzhar district, Semipalatinsk region. From 1976 to 1986, he studied at the S. Gabbasov secondary school in Mamyrsu village of Ayagoz district, graduated with honors. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National State University, Faculty of Journalism.
