Biography
Aitkaliev Bakytzhan Amirtaevich was born on August 19, 1976 at the Algabas state farm, Shubartau district, Semipalatinsk region. From 1983 to 1993 he studied at the Algabas secondary school. From 1995 to 1996 he served in the army. From 1998 to 2003, student at the Kazakh State Law University.
