Biography
Born on November 18, 1994 in the city of Ayagoz, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. In 2000-2009 he graduated from 9 classes of secondary school, in 2009-2013 - the municipal state-owned enterprise "Polytechnic College of the city of Ayagoz" in the specialty "Operation, repair and maintenance of rolling stock of railways". In 2013-2017 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University of Peoples' Friendship in Shymkent with a degree in Jurisprudence.
From 2014 to 2015, he worked as an electrician at the Ayagoz District House of Culture "Kozy Korpesh - Bayan Sulu". In 2015-2016, he did his military service. In 2016-2019, he worked as a contract soldier. 2021-2024, chief specialist of the apparatus of the akim of the city of Ayagoz. From 03/18/2024 to 09/16/2024, deputy akim of the city of Ayagoz.
