Biography
Ospanov Zhalel Abdilkadrovich was born on May 27, 1985 in the village of Naryn, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1992-2002, he studied for 11 years and graduated from the secondary school named after Shynkozha batyr in the village of Shynkozha, Ayagoz district. In 2002-2007, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, specializing in "Engineering".
From 2007 to 2014 - leading engineer of the Semipalatinsk power supply department of JSC NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", Semey. From 2014 to 2015, the department of the Semipalatinsk power supply department, an electrician of the Ayagoz district electrical network. In 2015-2024, he worked as the head of the Khalel peasant farm of the Naryn rural district. In March 2025, he was elected akim of the Naryn rural district.
