Biography
Aliev Zhumabek Tuleshovich was born on November 1, in 1958 in Kyzylorda city.
In 1975-1976 he began his career as an employee at the state farm (sovkhoz) named after JSC "Kazakhstan" Zhalagash district of Kyzylorda region.
In 1981-1982 he worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Physics Teaching Methods, KyzPU,
In 1983-1984, a secretary of the Komsomol committee of secondary school №11,
