Biography
Nurmaganbetov Ruslan Aimurzaevich was born in 1983 in the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2006 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after Kanysh Satpayev with a degree in "Electric drive and automation of technological complexes", in 2009 - Bolashak University with a degree in Economics.
He started his career in 2006 as a software engineer at Energomontazh Automatika LLP.
In 2007-2014 he held responsible positions in the Department of Finance of the Kyzylorda region, the Regional Department of Energy and Utilities, the regional Department of Energy Supervision and Control.
2014-2015 Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services;
2015-2017 Deputy Director of JSC "Kyzylorda Electric Grid Distribution Company";
2017-2020 Director of the institution "Kyzylorda thermal power plant";
2020-2021 Head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services;
FSince 2021, he has held the position of head of the department in the institution "Department for Renewable Energy Sources" of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Nurmaganbetov Ruslan Aimurzaevich was appointed to the post of deputy akim of the city of Kyzylorda by the order of the akim of the city dated May 23, 2022.
Ruslan Aimurzaevich will oversee the construction, architecture and urban planning of the city, housing and communal services, public transport, public procurement and housing inspection.
