Biography
Abizov Dilmukhamed Mnuarbekovich was born on November 6, 1978, in the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2002, he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Mining and Petroleum Engineering.
In 2021, he graduated from the Humanitarian-Technical Institute “Akmashit” with a degree in Economics.
In 2024, he graduated from the Omsk Humanitarian Academy with a degree in Economics.
He began his professional career in 1997–1999 as a Driller's Assistant at JSC "Syrdarya Munay", Kyzylorda.
In 2001–2002 – Third Grade Operator for Well Chemical Treatment at JSC "Harricane Kumkol Munay", Kyzylorda.
In 2016–2025 – Director of LLP "Dalatex", Kyzylorda.
In 2021–2023 – Deputy of the City Maslikhat, State Institution "City Maslikhat Apparatus", Kyzylorda.
In 2023–2024 – Deputy of the City Maslikhat, State Institution "City Maslikhat Apparatus", Kyzylorda.
In 2024–2025 – Deputy of the Communal State Institution "Apparatus of Kyzylorda City Maslikhat", Kyzylorda.
On September 30, 2025, by the order of the Akim of Kyzylorda City, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the city.
Dilmukhamed Mnuarbekovich will oversee issues of entrepreneurship and industry, public development, culture and language development, physical culture, sports, and tourism.
