Biography
Syzdykov Semser Zulpykharovich was born on September 27, 1987 in Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2005-2009 he graduated the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after by Abai with a degree «Finance».
In 2011, he was awarded the academic degree of Master of Economics and Business in the specialty State and Local Administration at the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov.
During 2009-2013, Head of FE "ECOFOOD COMPANY".During 2013-2014, a chief specialist of the financial and economic department of the city akim’s staff,During 2014-2016, a chief inspector of the organizational and inspection department of the city akim’s staff,During 2016-2019, a head of the department of mobilization training, territorial defense and contact with law enforcement agencies of the city akim’s staff,During 2019 - 2020 he held the position of the head of the communal state institution "Kyzylorda city department of physical culture and sports" of the akimat of Kyzylorda city.In 2020 he was appointed akim of the Tasbuget village.
