Biography
Orynbasarov Kairakbay Zhaksybayevich was born in 1972 in Kazalinsky district. Higher education.
He began his career in 1990 as an electrician in the Kazalinsk cooperative "Agroservice". From 1997 to 2013, he worked as a teacher at school No. 17, chief specialist of the district department of Education, headmasters of schools No. 90 and No. 190, from 2013 to 2016 he was akim of the Arykbalyk rural district.
From May 2016 to December 2019, he worked as deputy akim of the village of Aiteke bi.
From December 2019 to December 2023, he held the position of akim of the village Aiteke Bi.
