Biography
Begaliyev Almas Useinovich-higher education, graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of internal affairs militia in 1998 with a degree in "lawyer".
He began his career in 1987 as a worker in the village of Tuktibayev.
From 1988 to 1990 he served in the Armed Forces;
From 1991 to 1994, he worked at a factory in Karaganda, as an ordinary policeman of the internal affairs department "Leninsk" in Karaganda;
In 1998-2018, he honorably held the positions of senior specialist-senior operative, senior criminologist, head of the department, deputy head of the department, head of the department of the Kazalinsky district Department of Internal Affairs;
From 2018 to the present, he has been deputy head, head of the peasant farm of the Sholpan peasant farm.
Since September 2024, he has been the akim of the Alginsky rural district.
