Biography
Ualikhan Auezkhanovich iklasov was born on November 15, 1969 in Kazalinsky district.
He started his career in 1988 as a substitute assistant locomotive driver for the Kazalinsky District of the Kazakh locomotive depot of the West Kazakhstan railway.
