    Biography

    He was born on November 27, 1971 in the village of Ulanka, Ulanskiy district, East Kazakhstan region. Nationality - Kazakh. In 1993 he graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering, in 2006 he graduated from the Kazakh American Free University with a degree in jurisprudence.

    He began his labor activity in 1993 as a worker of the motor transport department of the East Kazakhstan copper-chemical plant in the city of Shemonaikha. From 1994 to 2001 he worked in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From March 2003 to November 2005 he worked as a chief specialist of the Government agency "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Shemonaikha region". From August 2018 to May 2021, he worked as a chief specialist in the crop production sector of the Government agency "Department of Agriculture of the Shemonaikha District". Since May 2021, he was appointed akim of the Oktyabrsky rural district of the Shemonaikha district of the East Kazakhstan region.
