Biography
Born on November 4th, 1962 in the city of Taldy-Kurgan of the Alma-Atinsky region. He has a higher education and graduated from the Semipalatinsk Educational Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya in 1985. In 2005 he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations, with a degree in “Jurisprudence”.
Boris Alexandrovich started his professional career in 1980 at the Taldy-Kurgan garment factory, as an electrician. His work biography includes working as a teacher and an engineer of the security department. From 1996 to 2012 he served in the Department of Internal Affairs of the East Kazakhstan region. He entered the civil service in August 2014, as assistant to Akim of Sugatovsky area in the State Institution "Akim’s Office of the Vavilonsky Rural Area in the Shemonaikhinsky District of the East Kazakhstan Region." In December 2016, he was appointed Akim of the Vavilonsky rural area in the Shemonaikhinsky district.
