Biography
Born in the village of Verkh-Uba in the Shemonaikhinsky district on December 07th, 1973. In 1999 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University in Ust-Kamenogorsk, as a teacher of vocational training and technical disciplines.
Valery Vasilyevich began his professional career in 1988 in the state farm "Zhdanovsky" later renamed "Verkh-Ubinsky" and worked there until 1995. For 4 years he worked as a teacher in Secondary School in the Verkh-Uba village. In September 1999, he was appointed acting deputy principal of the Verkh-Ubinskaya Secondary School. In 2001 he was appointed Akim of Verkh-Ubinsky rural area in the Shemonaikhinsky district.
