Biography
She was born on May 12, 1962 in the village of Verkh-Uba, Shemonaikha district, East Kazakhstan oblast. In 1994 she graduated from the East Siberian Technological Institute with a degree in Economics and Management in the Agricultural-Industrial Complex.
She started her career in September 1980 as a packer in the food supply department of the East Kazakhstan Copper-Chemical Plant. From March 1983 to May 1992, junior salesman, department salesman, cashier of a store in the village of Kichera, Buryat Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. From January 1993 to March 1996, a seller, a leading economist of the working supply department of the East Kazakhstan copper-chemical plant.
