Taitoleuyov Bakytzhan Kabykenuly

Born on March 10th, 1970 in the village of Karaul in the Abaysky district of the Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh by nationality. In 2004 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim with a degree in “Accountancy”.

Bakytzhan Kabykenuly began his professional career in September 1987 as a bricklayer of Abaysky construction enterprise “Semoblagropromstroy”. He worked in the city of Semipalatinsk in small enterprise "Alfa" as a financial accountant, in Agroprombank as deputy head, in the Abaysky district finance department as an economist, served in the tax police of the town of Ayaguz, worked as an accountant in the Semipalatinsk Regional Department of Education. From November 1999 to July 2011, he was working in the tax department of the Shemonaikhinsky district. Until August 2013, he served as deputy Akim of the town of Shemonaikha. In August 2013 he was appointed to the post of Akim of Kamenevsky rural area.
