Siniyazov Jumakan Tyulyukanovich

Born on February 1st, 1963 in Zevakino settlement. In 1984 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan Agricultural College, and in 1993 – from the Semipalatinsk Institute of Veterinary and Animal Science with a degree in “Animal Husbandry” qualifying as a zoologist.

Jumakan Tyulyukanovich began his professional career in 1984 working in the field of animal husbandry in the Sverdlov collective farm in the Shemonaikhinsky district. He worked in this specialty for 20 years. In April 2005 he was appointed to the position of Akim of Zevakinsky rural area.
