Biography
was born on December 16, 1966 in the village of Katon-Karagay, East Kazakhstan region. In 2013 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan Regional University with a degree in jurisprudence.
Kairdy Aleksandrovich began his career in December 1983 as a projectionist at the Vostok cinema in the village of Katon-Karagai.In April 1985 he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Army.From September 1987 to March 1988 he worked as a driver at the People's Court of the Katon-Karagay Court.
From April 1988 to September 2016 he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, colonel of justice. From April to June 2019, he held the position of Deputy Director of GKP Teploenergia in the village of Glubokoe. From June 2019 to March 2020, he worked as a deputy director of Priirtyshye-1 LLP in the Glubokovsky District at the REM. From May 25, 2020, he was appointed acting akim of the Sredigorny rural district.
