Biography
Bakynova Nurgul Asanovna was born on November 21, 1976 in the city of Ayagoz. In 2001 she graduated from Semipalatinsk State University. Shakarima is a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction.
The total work experience is more than 20 years.
She began her career in September 1998 as a teacher of the Kazakh language at the Sergiopol secondary school. S. Gabbasov in the village of Sergiopol, Ayakoz district.
From October 2000 to January 2002, she worked as a Kazakh language teacher at school complex No. 27 in Semey.
From February 2002 to January 2013 she worked at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after. D.Serikbaeva senior teacher.
From February 2013 to September 2017 she worked at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after. D. Serikbaeva as deputy head of the department of Kazakh, Russian languages and office management.
From September 2017 to October 2019, she worked as a Kazakh language teacher at a secondary school named after Mikhail Biketov in the village of Parygino.
From October 2019 to June 2020, she held the position of director of the First Russian Secondary School in the village of Polyanskoye.
From June 2020 to June 2023, she held the position of akim of the Paryginsky rural district.
Since June 2023, she has been elected to the position of akim of the city of Serebryansk.
