Biography
Askatov Arman Yerbolovich was born on November 02, 1990 in the city of Zyryanovsk, East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations: in 2012 he graduated from the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Geography, in 2014 he graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography.
The total work experience is more than 9 years. Civil service experience of more than 4 years.
Arman Yerbolovich began his career in March 2011 as a student-manager in the "Palace of Culture of the Ulba Metallurgical Plant" LLP in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
From August 2012 to July 2014, he worked as a geography teacher at KSU "Putintsevskaya Secondary School".
From July 2014 to April 2015, he worked as a surveyor in "Plus" LLP in the city of Zyryanovsk.

From July to October 2016, he worked as an inspector of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Zyryanovsky district".
From October 2016 to October 2017, he held the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Tourism of the Zyryanovsky district".
From October 2017 to December 2020, he worked as a chief specialist of the Department of organizational work, information technologies and monitoring of Public services of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Altai District".
From December 2020 to January 2021, he held the position of Chief Inspector-State inspector for control over the use and protection of agricultural land of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Altai District".
From February 01, 2021, he was appointed head of the State Ins Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Altai region.
