Nazarkhanov Daniyar Ismagulovich was born on February 6, 1990, in Zhanaozen, Mangystau region. He holds a higher education degree. In 2008, he graduated from the vocational education department of the “Dunie” Academic Institution with a specialization in Jurisprudence. In 2020, he graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems with a degree in Public and Local Administration.
