Biography
Abdyrov Mursatbay Isgenderovich was born on December 15, 1979, in Dashoguz Region of the Republic of Turkmenistan. He holds higher education. In 2004, he graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University with a degree in “History,” and in 2015, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Transport with a degree in “Transport Construction.”
