Yesenova Dameli Kuankozievna

Esenova Dameli Kuankozykyzy was born on April 21, 1966, in the Balkan Region of Turkmenistan. In 1989, she graduated from the Ashgabat Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature.

She began her professional career in 1983 at the Nebit-Dag City Communication Hub (Turkmenistan) as a postal worker.

From 1983 to 1997, she worked in the education and youth policy sector in Turkmenistan, holding positions including Senior Pioneer Leader, Head of Department at the “Pioneer House,” Head of the Teacher Training Department, and Head of various departments within the structures of the Balkan Region.

From 1997 to 1999, she served in the Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen as Chief Specialist for Youth Policy and Social Infrastructure.

From 1999 to 2000, she was Deputy Director for Educational and Training Work at the Mangystau Regional Orphanage and subsequently Chief Specialist at the Department of General Secondary Education of the Mangystau Region.

From 2001 to 2002, she held the position of Head of the Educational Work Department at the Mangystau Regional Education Department.

From 2002 to 2005, she served as Director of the Mangystau Regional Special Vocational Boarding School.

From 2005 to 2007, she held the position of Executive Director at the Mangystau Regional “Baldyrgan” Children’s Fund.

From 2008 to 2011, she worked in the Office of the Akim of Mangystau Region in various capacities, including Acting Chief Specialist, Head of Department, and Chief Inspector.

From 2012 to 2015, she served as Head of the Office of the State Institution “Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen.”

From 2015 to 2018, she held the position of Head of the Personnel Management Department at the State Institution “Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen.”

Since March 1, 2018, she has been serving as Head of Department at the State Institution “Zhanaozen City Department of Internal Policy.”
