Biography
Kasikbayev Serik Kaldybaevich was born on January 16, 1988 in the Dashoguz region of the Republic of Turkmenistan. Has a university degree. In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Special Education, with a secondary Prof.obr. at the UCSMU with a degree in Medical Science, in 2012 from the College of Humanities with a degree in Law, in 2015 from Shymkent University with a degree in Law.
