Biography
Sarsen Zh.Sh., born in 1979, graduated from the Almaty State University named after Abai (2001) with a degree in international law and the London School of Economics and Political Science (2010) with a degree in public administration and management.
From 2001 to 2011 he worked in the apparatus of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various positions.
From 2011 to 2012 he was deputy chief of Staff of the Akim of the North Kazakhstan region.
From 2012 to 2014 he worked in senior positions in the Central Office of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 26th of November, 2014 to 14th of January, 2016 he was deputy Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs - Chairman of the Disciplinary Council in the Karaganda region.
From 14th of January, 2016 to 5th of October, 2016 he worked as Head of the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda region, Chairman of the Ethics Council.
From 30th of December, 2016, he served as the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Karaganda region, chairman of the Ethics Council.
Since 8th of August, 2019 he is the head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the city of Nur-Sultan, Chairman of the Ethics Council.
