Biography
Baymukanov Askar Kairzhanovich was born in 1994 in the village of Chistovskoye, Bulaevsky district of North Kazakhstan region. Graduated from the North Kazakhstan State University named after M.Kozybayev with a degree in history, master's degree from Omsk State University named after F.M.Dostoevsky (Russian Federation) – Master of Law, Master of North Kazakhstan University named after M.Kozybayev – Master of Humanities.
The total length of service in the civil service is 3 years, is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
He started his career in 2013 as the head of the North Kazakhstan regional branch of the Republican headquarters of youth labor detachments "Zhasyl El".
In 2016, he was elected chairman of the public association "Headquarters of Student Youth Labor Detachments of North Kazakhstan Region".
In 2020, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2022, he was appointed Deputy Head, Head of the Secretariat of the Ethics Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the North Kazakhstan region.
