Biography
Born on October 26, 1978 in Omsk, Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic. Married, has children. In 2000, he got a higher education in the specialty "Economist - manager" at the Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov. In 2003 he graduated from the Academy of Jurisprudence "Adilet" with a degree in Law.
- Bailiff of the Kokshetau Territorial Division of the Administrator of the Courts of the Akmola region of the Committee on Judicial Administration at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2002-2004);
- Chief Specialist of the Department of Enforcement Proceedings and Bailiffs of the Administrator of the Courts of the Akmola region of the Committee on Judicial Administration at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (11.2004-01.2007);
- Consultant of the Department for Monitoring Compliance with the legislation on Civil Service and Anti-Corruption of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola region (01.2007-10.2008);
