Sharipov Ruslan Shamelovich

Ruslan Sharipov was born on April 20, 1985, in Taraz, Zhambyl region.

In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2009, he graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi with an academic degree of "Master of Jurisprudence".

He started his career in 2007 as a lawyer in commercial organizations.

From 2011 to 2015 he worked as the Head of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Akimat of Zhambyl region.

In 2015-2016 he worked as a consultant of the Department of Disciplinary and Administrative Practice and Public Services, Head of the Department, Head of Control of Public Service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and Anti-Corruption Activities in Almaty region.

In 2016- 2019 he held the positions of the Head of Public Services Directorate, Chief Specialist of the Directorate of Control in the Sphere of Public Service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Counteraction to Corruption in Zhambyl Region.

In 2019 - 2020 he worked as a chief specialist of the Directorate of Control in the Sphere of Civil Service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Zhambyl region.

From 2020 to 2023 he worked as the Head of the Administration of Control in the Sphere of Civil Service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Zhambyl Oblast.

From 2023 to 2025, he worked as a deputy head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service in Zhambyl region, head of the secretariat of the Council of Ethics.

On June 9, 2025 was appointed Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Abai region.
