Job responsibilities:
Organizes the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, resolutions, orders of higher state authorities and akim of the city.
Supervises issues of architecture, entrepreneurship and agriculture, land legislation, catering and consumer market enterprises, collective gardening, foreign economic relations, construction and construction industry, engineering communications.
Coordinates the work of: the land commission of the Akimat of Kostanay city; the commission on accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurs; the expert council on entrepreneurship; industrial enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses.
Within its competence, it organizes the implementation of republican and regional programs in its direction in terms of the city of Kostanay, as well as other program documents.
Monitors the quality and timing of the provision of public services.
