Job responsibilities:

Issues of organizing the work of the city akim's office on information and analytical, organizational, legal and logistical support for the activities of the akimat and akim of the city.

Preparation of materials for consideration by the Akimat, ensuring timely communication of decisions to interested enterprises, institutions, organizations.

Monitoring of the provision of public services by the office of the Akim of Kostanay and independent institutions of the Akimat of Kostanay. Personnel issues. Ensuring the registration of acts of civil status. Protection of state secrets.

Methodological guidance and control over the work on the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, resolutions, orders and other administrative documents of higher government bodies, akims of the region and the city.

Exercising control over record keeping, consideration of oral and written appeals of individuals and legal entities.

Prospective and current planning of the work of the akim and the akim's office of the city.

Coordinates the work of: the commission for calculating the length of service of civil servants, which gives the right to establish an official salary; the commission for determining the length of service in the specialty; the commission for considering applications for the title of "Honorary Citizen of Kostanay"; the commission for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the Akimat of Kostanay; for state awards under the Akim of Kostanay; constantly the current commission for the protection of state secrets; commissions for the replacement and destruction of the State Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which do not comply with national standards.
