Mukhametzhanov Murat Mukhametkanovich

was born on November 04, 1974 in the village of Slavyanka, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations: in 2006 he graduated from the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in chemistry and biology, in 2011 he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in law.

The total work experience is more than 25 years.

He began his career in September 1991 as a veterinary orderly of the Topterek state farm.

From October 1994 to September 1997, he worked as a physical education teacher at the Slavyanskaya Secondary School.

From August 2000 to December 2001, he worked as an inspector of the Department of the Security and Safety Service of the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University.

From July 2002 to November 2003, he worked as a driver of the state municipal enterprise "Gordostroy".

From October 2003 to September 2004, he worked as a driver in Ust-Kamenogorsk Gorsvetservis LLP.

From September 2004 to September 2006, he worked as a driver of the transport department of the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University.

From September 2006 to October 2007 – driver, specialist in valuation and inventory of the department of valuation and inventory of the RSE "Center for Real Estate in East Kazakhstan Region".

From October 2007 to February 2013, he worked as the manager of the Zharma branch of the RSE "Center for Real Estate in East Kazakhstan Region".

From February 2013 to June 2015, he worked as the head of the department for the organization of technical inspection of real estate objects in the East Kazakhstan region branch of the RSE on the PCV "Center for Real Estate".

From June 2015 to April 2016, he worked as a deputy director of the East Kazakhstan Region branch of the RSE at the Real Estate Center.

From April 2016 to May 2018, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department "Center for Real Estate" - a branch of the NAO " State Corporation "Government for Citizens" for East Kazakhstan Region".

From May 2018 to December 2019, he worked as the chief expert of the Department of Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Legal entities.

From December 2019 to March 2021, he held the position of head of the Altai District Department for Registration and Land Cadastre of the branch of the NAO " State Corporation "Government for Citizens" for the East Kazakhstan region".

Since March 1, 2021, by the order of the akim of the Altai district, he has been appointed akim of the village of Novaya-Bukhtarma
