Tyulyubaev Mukan Adylgazinovich

Tyulyubaev Mukan Adylgazinovich was born on January 22, 1975 in the village of Bolshenarymskoye in the Bolshenarymsky region of East Kazakhstan region. In 1996 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in History, in 2006 he was awarded the academic degree of Bachelor of Public Administration.

He began his career at Borodino High School as a history teacher, from 2012 to August 11, 2017 he held the position of director of KSU Solovyov High School. From August 14, 2017, he was appointed Acting Akim of the Solovievsky Rural District.
