Biography
He was born in 1974 in the Shetsky district of the Karaganda region.
In 1997, he graduated from the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2015, he completed advanced training courses at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic "Pedagogical activity in military educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
