Biography
Born on September 16, 1973, in the village of Poltoratsky, Saryagash district, Shymkent region.
Graduate of the Republican Special Boarding School in 1991.
In 1995, he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Higher Command School of Air Defense Radioelectronics with a degree in command tactical air defense forces; in 2004,
he graduated from the Military University of Military Air Defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with a degree in military and administrative management.
Over the years, he held the positions of platoon commander, head of a command post, deputy chief of staff, chief of staff, commander of a military unit,
first deputy head of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications
In July 2024, he was appointed head of the Department of Military Education and Science of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded the Order of Aibyn, 2nd degree.
