Born on May 31, 1974, in the village of Zhaksylyk, T.Ryskulovsky district, Zhambyl region.

Graduated from Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial College in 1997, Military Financial and Economic University in 2002.

Career

Since 1997 - Service in the Zhambyl regional military Commissariat;

Since 1999 - Head of the Financial and Economic Department of the Military Commissariat of Astana;

Since 2002 - Assistant to the head of the school (for financial and economic work) – Head of the financial service of the Republican school "Zhas Ulan";

Since 2004 - Assistant to the Commander–in-Chief of the Ground Forces (for financial and economic work) - Head of the Financial and Economic Department of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 2004 - Senior Officer of the Accounting and Reporting Department for Public Procurement of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 2006 - Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department for Public Procurement of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 2009 - Deputy Officer of the Control Department of the Department of Control and Monitoring of Contractual Activities of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 2015 - Head of the Planning and Analysis Department of the Main Logistics Department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan
